The successful candidate will join a team of experienced and successful Account Managers. Metrohm Sales are a critical part of the customer experience, there to ensure technical requirements are investigated and the whole sales process is professionally and competently managed to completion. The candidate must be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using Metrohm equipment. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

The role of the Titration Product Manager is to provide technical support and demonstrations to a high technical standard for the sales team and to assist the Titration Business Manager to design and implement marketing for Metrohm Titration products. The candidate must be able to work with the team to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid their success using Metrohm equipment. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and the sales team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
