Prof Bernhard Lendl first international recipient of the Norman Shepherd award;
Zachary Schultz of Ohio State University gave the first joint IRDG-Coblentz lecture;
New website commissioned.

Christmas Meeting held on-line

IRDG members John Chalmers & Geoffrey Dent,
with contributions from Karen Faulds, Duncan Graham, Neil Everall, Pavel Matousek & Ewen Smith,
contribute to the Glossary of methods and terms used in
analytical spectroscopy (IUPAC Recommendations 2019) here.

The Francis Dunstan Travel Award announced.

First female Chair (Professor Karen Faulds) elected;
IRDG become members of FACCS;
IRDG Meeting held in Vienna;
Third new website for IRDG.

IRDG becomes a Registered Charity with amended Constitution

200th IRDG Meeting;
Inaugural Norman Sheppard Award presented to Norman Sheppard.

Joint Meeting with Dutch IRDG in Utrecht.

New Constitution adopted;
